Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture is a 501(c)3 nonprofit farm, research, and education center with a mission to catalyze an ecological food culture in New York's Hudson Valley. With our restaurant partner Blue Hill, we pursue interdisciplinary research to benefit human health, strengthen communities, and protect our soil. Visit our campus to explore our grounds, participate in a seasonal workshop or tour, dine inside the Cafeteria, or shop for farm products at our market.
