Event Type Fairs and Festivals Description Three wonderful bluegrass bands will grace our outdoor stage for the 15th Annual Highlands Bluegrass Music & Craft Festival! G Rockwell Trio, Eugene Tyler Band, and a third band to be announced will entertain us at the 2025 festival. The setting is the beautiful Ramapo River Valley on the Great Lawn of Jacob Sloat's 1848 mansion, Harmony Hall. This National Register of Historic Places Site in Sloatsburg, New York is close to Harriman and Sterling Forest State Parks in the scenic Ramapo Mountains. There will be food, beverage, and craft vendors, and free kids crafts. Public transportation to Sloatsburg - By train: Main/Bergen-Port Jervis Line. By bus from Port Authority: Coach USA/Shortline to Sloatsburg (Haas Pharmacy, 62 Orange Turnpike, Sloatsburg, NY) and Transport of Rockland Bus Route 93.
