Columbia Land Conservancy 

The Columbia Land Conservancy is a locally supported, not-for-profit organization, that works with the community to conserve the farmland, forests, wildlife habitat and rural character of Columbia County, strengthening connections between people and the land.  

New Baltimore Conservancy
The New Baltimore Conservancy is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to conserving and enhancing the natural, historic and architectural assets in the town and hamlet of New Baltimore.

Putnam County Land Trust
The not-for-profit Putnam County Land Trust preserves and maintains natural areas for the purpose of conservation, education and passive recreation for the public.  PCLT owns 22 preserves, protecting over 700 acres of Putnam County’s natural character.  Through an all-volunteer staff and responsible land stewardship, PCLT aims to foster appreciation for nature and provide fun, healthy recreational opportunities to the public.  PCLT’s efforts in natural resource protection, including clean water and scenic viewsheds, benefit everyone in the Hudson Valley region. Scenic Hudson works to protect and restore the Hudson River and its majestic landscape as an irreplaceable national treasure and a vital resource for residents and visitors.


Winnakee Land Trust
The mission of the Winnakee Land Trust is to protect and preserve the natural agricultural, recreational, architectural, cultural, scenic, historical, and open space resources of northern Dutchess County.
